Tracey Hower brings over a decade of dedicated legal experience to Epperson Law Group, PLLC, with a focus on Family Law. As a former owner of Hower Law Firm LLC, Tracey built a reputation for compassionate, client-centered advocacy, earning recognition as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019—an honor awarded to only 2.5% of attorneys practicing under 10 years.

Tracey’s legal career is marked by a successful blend of sharp business acumen, developed through a background in operations management, and creative legal solutions. This combination has driven successful outcomes in high-stakes civil litigation, including co-chairing a landmark Appellate case in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, resulting in published case law.

At Epperson Law Group, PLLC, Tracey continues her commitment to empathetic client service, offering tailored solutions to each unique case. Her extensive experience spans high-asset divorce proceedings, complex child custody issues, and family-based immigration issues. Tracey is known for her relentless pursuit of justice, navigating even the most complex legal challenges with strategy and clarity.

In her spare time, you can find her on the golf course or spending quality time with her family. Tracey is passionate about dogs, so much so, that she rescued and brought a stray “street” dog she named Harley, from Thailand to the United States where he resides with her here in North Carolina with his sister, Scarlet.
